Erie police are investigating a drive-by shooting that leaves a car riddled with bullets.

Erie News Now obtained surveillance video of the suspect's vehicle.  Police say it appears to be an SUV fleeing the scene.

It happened around 8:00 p.m. Monday near West 34th and Maple Streets.  Witnesses told police they heard as many as five gun shots go off.

According to investigators, at least two bullets struck a green car. Police say one of bullets smashed out the back window.  A second bullet lodged into the car right near a child car seat.

The car was towed to the Erie Police Department for further inspection.  No one was hurt.  As of right now, no suspects are in custody.
