Houston, TX, September 27, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Dick has spent the past seven years as Smith & Burgess’ Principal PHA Consultant where he focused on project management, HAZOP/LOPA facilitation, SIL analysis, and Risk Management Studies. He has a variety of experience in chemical, refinery, and upstream facilities, as well as, international experience in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas. Dick has also spent a considerable amount of his time mentoring the company’s younger engineers, as well as, sharing his knowledge through recorded webinars, podcast episodes, posters, and presentations.
In his new role, Mr. Baum will be responsible for ensuring the firm’s Engineering Department continues to deliver on the organization’s core values: Customer Service, Expertise, and Integrity.
