Asbury Woods Announces Summer Music Series
This summer, the sound of animals and nature won't be the only noises you'll hear if you head over to Asbury Woods.
That's because the staff announced there will be a new music series.
It's called "Monday Music in the Woods."
The concerts will take place the second Monday of each month throughout the summer.
They'll feature local folk, bluegrass and Americana artists, as well as a food truck.
You can catch the first concert on June 11th.
A rockin’ country duo, Kate Kurpiewski and Jesse Taylor Smith are kicking things off.
Whole Food's new SorcErie food truck will be there to help out.
The concerts will run from 6 to 8 p.m at the Otto Behrend Celebration Garden near the Nature Center.
The Nature Center hours will stay open during music nights.
