Jamestown, NY Police Investigate Shooting, Stabbings
Police are hoping the public can help in an investigation that ended up with a man being shot several times, following a fight. Investigators say they believe the shooter drove up to the victim in a small, silver sedan, fired off shots and sped away.
The victim was shot several times in the arm. He's expected to be OK, but is not cooperating with investigators.
The shooting happened Sunday, December 16 along Falconer Street in Jamestown.
And in the same weekend, Jamestown Police respond to reports of two separate stabbings, which are being investigated as targeted attacks.
Police still have a lot of questions to be answered as part of their investigations.
One happened around 11:30 Saturday night at an unknown Jamestown location.
Police says a victim was stabbed in the arm while sitting in a vehicle.
The location of the second stabbing, on Sunday, is unknown. That victim then went to a home on West 8th street, afterward.
