Estranged Husband Indicted In Death of Ashtabula County Wife
The estranged husband of a missing woman who was later found dead is now facing a six-count indictment by a grand jury.
Jeffrey Stanley has been indicted on murder, felonious assault, tampering with evidence, gross abuse of a corpse, and domestic violence. He's expected to be arraigned in the death of his former wife, Rand Hilal Al-Dulaimi, who body was discovered in late July off North Bend Road in Saybrook Township.
Family members reported her missing July 11. She was last seen July 9. Stanley is jailed right now at the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in Youngstown, Ohio, after pleading guilty recently to federal child pornography charges.
He's expected be arraigned on the death of his former wife before Ashtabula County Common Pleas Court Judge Gary Yost.
