A young man took off after a shooting in Crawford County, is now headed to trial on all charges he faces.

Anthonie Sugden, 22, was arrested by state police in early December after being wanted for a the shooting of a man found inside a Lincoln Avenue home in Meadville.  He's charged with homicide, assault, theft, robbery and conspiracy.

Sugden was denied bail last month due to being a flight risk and homeless.
Wednesday, Magisterial District Judge Samuel Pendolino sent his case to trial.

Meadville Police say he, along with 40 year old Michelle Sugden-Rosario, were armed and dangerous. She was later arrested during a traffic stop in Jamestown, New York.
