Man Indicted for Attempted Murder in Jamestown, N.Y. Drive-by Shooting
One man was seriously injured and hit in the face by a shot and she and two other people were walking along N. Main St., according to police.

A Chautauqua County Grand Jury has indicted a man for three counts of attempted murder for a drive-by shooting last month in Jamestown, N.Y.
Rasul N. Bond, 30, was indicted on the three counts plus a count of assault in the first-degree.
The drive-by shooting happened Jan. 30 at N. Main St. and W. 9 St.
One man was seriously injured and hit in the face by a shot and she and two other people were walking along N. Main St., according to police.
Bond is behind bars in the Chautauqua County Jail on $150,000 cash and $3000,000 property bond.
