AHN Saint Vincent Surgeon Dr. Rebecca Marcus Named a Pennsylvani - Erie News Now | WICU & WSEE in Erie, PA

Dr. Rebecca Marcus, a surgical oncologist at AHN Saint Vincent, has been named a Pennsylvania Medical Society (PAMED) Top Physician Under 40 for 2025.

Dr. Marcus, the only physician from Erie County to make this year’s list, was recognized for her outstanding medical contributions and community impact.

Dr. Marcus, who practices at the AHN Cancer Institute, was selected by a PAMED committee for her excellence in medicine, innovation, and leadership.

She earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota, completed her residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and trained at MD Anderson Cancer Center and St. John’s Cancer Institute.

“Dr. Marcus exemplifies the commitment to excellence and patient-centered care that we strive for at AHN Saint Vincent,” said Dr. Dan Muccio, Chief Medical Officer.
