Millcreek Police Arrest Three For Credit Card Fraud

Three people are in the Erie county prison, after police say they racked up close to $20,000 dollars worth of charges on a stolen credit-card.

Millcreek police arrested 23 year old Takeria Lopez, and 22 year old Ashli Outcalt, both from the New York City area, along with 24 year old Lloyd Williams, from Virginia Beach.
Police say they got a tip from workers at the Sheetz gas station at west 26th and Asbury.
A worker there told police that the suspects tried to use a number of different credit cards, until they found one that worked.
They bought $1,200d dollars in gift-cards, then headed to the nearby Walmart.
Police say they searched a trash-can at the store, and found a number of cut-up credit cards.
A search of the suspects' car turned-up $19,000 dollars in gift cards.
A judge sent all three suspects to jail.
