Brevillier Village invited the community to celebrate a milestone with an open house.
It was the 40th anniversary of the complex's Conrad House.
The Dixie Doodlers provided entertainment for current and prospective residents, and tour guides took people around the facilities.
Brevillier Village used the occasion to show off some of the ongoing renovations to Conrad House.
"We're making some of our units larger, we're making them more accessible for the elderly and the handicapped," said Vice President of Community Outreach Lisa Anderson. "We're having a public open house and showing off our building."
Eventually all of the apartments in Conrad House will be renovated to include those upgrades for residents.
