School Board Candidate Files Criminal Complaint Against Golde

The day before the primary elections, a candidate running for a spot on Millcreek's school board makes a bold move.
Lou Aliota has filed a criminal complaint against former school superintendent, Michael Golde.
He claims Golde's move to transfer $5 Million dollars from the capital fund to the general fund was illegal, a misdemeanor that rises to a criminal nature.
He's also accusing Golde of tampering with public records.

The district attorney says he's looking into the claims to determine if the case will go anywhere.
