The Achievement Center celebrated a big achievement of their own on Monday.
They moved into their new, much larger facility inside a former Walmart.
It gives them much more room to carry out their therapeutic programs for children with developmental disabilities and behavioral and mental health disorders.
The Achievement Center has been helping kids since 1920, and this new space will help them provide more care, more conveniently.
"We have rooms for speech, we have rooms for occupational therapy and physical therapy, we have consult rooms, we have rooms for evaluations, so we are really excited to be able to have all of those things under one roof," said the center's Director of Community Outreach Shannon Wohlford.
The move was made possible by community support through a capital campaign.
The center helps 3,000 kids every year.
