SCI Albion Prison Inmate Charged With Killing Another Inmate

An Albion prison inmate faces charges including criminal homicide, after police say he killed another inmate, during an attack.

Investigators tell WICU & WSEE that the charges were filed Tuesday, against 25-year-old Trevon Coleman.
State police say Coleman attacked 33-year-old Job Knighton two weeks ago at SCI Albion.
Knighton died at UPMC Hamot five days later, from blunt force trauma to the head.

Coleman remains at SCI Albion.

He was originally placed in disciplinary custody, following the attack.

Coleman is already serving sentences for felony robbery, and assaulting another prisoner.
