Millcreek Police Charge Suspect with Rape

Millcreek Police have arrested Justin Glover, 25, on rape charges.

Police say the incident happened March 23rd, 2016 on Covington Valley Drive.

Glover also faces charges, including sexual assault, criminal trespass, simple assault and terroristic threats.

He sits behind bars at the Erie County Prison, as of late Friday afternoon. Bond is set at $100,000.
