Some of the best bowlers in our region competed in the Pepsi 300 on Sunday.
The 22nd annual event showcases some of the premiere bowling talent in the area at Greengarden Lanes.
The first place winner expected to receive a prize of $1,000.
The contest provides an opportunity for seasoned amateurs and upcoming youth bowlers to come together on the lanes to knock down pins and hopefully roll their best games.
"The talent here is exceptional," said Mark Wattle, owner of Greengarden Lanes. "A lot of these are weekend warriors who go to weekend tournaments around the area."
The pot goes up each year bowlers are not able to bowl a 300.
