State police investigators in Corry are now charging a 17-year-old from Jamestown as an adult in the burglary at C & H Sports gun shop on Route 6 in Columbus Township.

The suspect, now identified as Dasai K. Bradberry faces felony charges of of burglary, 32 counts of theft by unlawful taking, criminal conspiracy, and receiving stolen property, along with lesser charges of receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm by a minor and criminal mischief.

As we reported, an alarm alerted the store owner to the break in at 7:30 in the morning on September 14.  Owner Bob Cummings showed us how the suspect entered the business by removing an air conditioning unit and climbing through a window.  

Bradberry is accused of then breaking a glass display case and taking off with 32 handguns.

Through the cooperative efforts of state police, the ATF, and Jamestown Police, Bradberry was arrested in Jamestown just days after the crime.  

According to Trooper Nicholas Stolar, after working with the Warren County District Attorney, Bradberry has now been moved to the Warren County Jail, and certified by Judge Gregory Hammond to face the charges against him in adult criminal court.

A cooperating witness is assisting in the case.  Bond for Bradberry is set at $100,000.
