An Erie family is picking up the pieces this holiday season aFTER FIRE DESTroyed THEIR HOME JUST DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

THe FIRE HAPPENED LAST WEEK ON E. 23RD ST., LEAVING THE RAMOS' WITHOUT A HOME.

THERE ARE five KIDS ranging in age from 10 months to 10 years, ALONG WITH GRANDPARENTS, AUNTS AND UNCLES.

FAMILY MEMBERS SAY THEY'RE JUST HAPPY THEY HAVE EACH OTHER THROUGH ALL OF THIS.

"WELL IT'S KINDA HARD BECAUSE THAT TIME OF YEAR", says Luis Montez.  "BUT I THINK WE'RE GOING TO MAKE IT, WE'RE A BIG FAMILY AND WE'RE TOGETHER AND THAT'S IMPORTANT AT LEAST".
