Trash pickup in the City of Erie will be delayed one night during the weeks of Christmas and New Year's for residents whose regular trash pick-up night is Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Refuse collection on Sunday and Monday nights will remain the same.

The city's annual Christmas tree collection will start Wednesday, Dec. 25 and run until Thursday, Jan. 24.

Residents can place their live, Christmas tree without decorations curbside the same evening as their regularly scheduled collection night.
