The Sight Center hosted a Christmas dinner for members of the Wednesday Club.  The Wednesday Club is a group of elderly people who are severely visually impaired or blind. Every Wednesday they meet at the sight center to enjoy friendship while learning life skills.

"A lot of them have been with us for a long time and they really remind me of the mission of the Sight Center, and what it is that we're trying to do… which is to help people remain independent with their vision loss," said Executive Director of The Sight Center, Linda Moore.

Christmas at the Sight Center is more than just a holiday to the Wednesday club members. It's a celebration of sisterhood.

"They celebrate, they sing, they have a sing a long and they lift each others spirits," said Executive Director of The Sight Center, Linda Moore.
