Palace Business Centres has provided a full service workplace for all sorts of professionals and businesses since 1996.

Clients have many different options to rent the space they need in a professional atmosphere.

The center is big. There are 35 different offices and suites plus public areas. It takes up the entire top floor of Erie's tallest building, the Renaissance Center.

Basically offices are rented, or clients maintain virtual offices, coming in when needed, with managers providing all the needed services.

Managing Partner Donna Haskins said,"It is almost like an office with room service if you think about it. You do not have to worry about anything. You are very productive here. We manage it all."

That means maintenance of offices, and a wide range of services, including four different conference rooms. copy machines, business phones, high speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen.

And most importantly, a highly trained staff.

Kevin Marz, the president of a tech training company says the quality of the staff is a big plus.

He said,"They make it feel like a home, almost like a family."

Occupancy at the center is now about 90%.
