The Millcreek Mall will close Monday at 6 p.m. and stay closed until further notice to help stop the spread of the coronavirus.
It comes after Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf issued an order requiring non-essential businesses close for the next 14 days.
Mall management said they are "reluctant to inconvenience visitors and merchants" but "public health must be [a] first concern."
Businesses outside the enclosed mall, like grocery stores and restaurants, will be able to remain open on a take-out and delivery basis. The mall suggest customers wishing to visit those businesses call them first to verify that they will be open.
