The LECOM Center for Health and Aging will continue to administer vaccine to registered people in phase 1-A across this week.
To date, they've distributed 1,446 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and will administer approximately 300 additional doses at today’s clinic in their facility on Schaper Avenue. It is by appointment only.
According to officials LECOM Health has enough supply to fulfill this week’s schedule.
Appointments beyond this week are contingent upon receiving new vaccine shipments from the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Sheena Baker, LECOM Marketing & Communications Specialist, said that all appointments for the month of February have been booked.
Anyone who would like to be put on the waiting list to receive a vaccine should call 1-866-LECOM19 or email vaccineinfo@lecomslc.org.
LECOM Health will also be launching a new online scheduling system in the coming days, allowing the community to book appointments online.
