Millcreek Police have released a photo of the man charged with the deadly shooting of Titusville man.

Regginal D. Welch, 20, is wanted on a warrant for homicide, two counts of aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, firearms not to be carried without a license, and possession of firearm prohibited.

The shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Zuck and Zimmerly Rd. in Millcreek.

The victim was pronounced dead at 8:17 p.m. at UMPC Hamot, according to Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook. He has been identified as Casey Nadolny, 25, of Titusville.

The autopsy showed Nadolny died from a gunshot wound to the torso and was shot multiple times, Cook told Erie News Now. His death has been ruled as a homicide.

A witness to the shooting told police it happened at the scene where Nadolny was found lying in the roadway.

Investigators have identified the person of interest seen in a photo released Wednesday but are not saying how she is connected to the investigation.
