Dan Rice Days Return to Girard this Weekend, Celebrate Legacy of Longtime Circus Owner

Girard is celebrating the return of Dan Rice Days this weekend.

It recognizes the legacy of Dan Rice, the longtime circus owner and performer who called Girard home for years.

The four-day festival kicks off Thursday afternoon and runs through Saturday.

It features a parade, 5K race, car show, chicken dinner, crafts and vendors, music, photo contest, bake sale and more.
