AHN Saint Vincent to Start Administering COVID-19 Vaccines for Kids 5-11
Allegheny Health Network has announced its plans for COVID-19 vaccinations for kids.
The health system will start vaccinating kids Friday at five primary care practices:
- AHN Health + Wellness Pavilion West
- AHN Health + Wellness Pavilion East
- Millcreek Family Practice
- Saint Vincent Peninsula Family Practice
- Saint Vincent Family Medicine Center
Appointments can be schedule now online here, using MyChart or by calling 814-CONNECT.
In addition to scheduling with your physician, AHN Saint Vincent is planning two public vaccination events:
- Saturday, November 13, from 8 a.m. to noon at the AHN Health + Wellness Pavilion West at 4247 West Ridge Road, and AHN Health + Wellness Pavilion East at 4950 Buffalo Road
- Saturday, November 20, from 8 a.m. to noon, at the McGarvey Learning Center at AHN Saint Vincent Hospital, 232 West 25th Street
Children can be scheduled by appointment-only, and the events will be strictly designated for kids ages 5 to 11. AHN said it will not accept walk-ins.
