Keelin Berrian joined the Erie News Now team in August 2021 as a multimedia journalist.

He grew on a farm in a small town called Valdosta, Ga. then moved to Atlanta to attend college at Georgia State University.

In high school, Keelin was a lifeguard for community pools, played soccer and was a member of his school's band. He plays the Alto Saxophone and joined his marching band called Valdosta High School Marchin' Cats. He served as the drum major and was a part of the jazz band and wind symphony.

During college, Keelin majored in journalism and political science. He also spent his college years learning America Sign Language. Keelin joined his school media club called Panther Report News and served as the executive producer. He won ACP awards for Best Broadcast News Story.

Keelin is a member of the Atlanta Association of Black Journalist and the National Association of Black Journalist.

In his free time, Keelin enjoys playing soccer, hiking, spending time with family and finding restaurants to eat.
