Lilly Broadcasting, Erie, PA (Erie News Now, WICU, WSEE, ESEE, EICU) is searching for a talented digital specialist and marketing consultant who can inspire a team to learn and sell new products, achieve revenue budgets, and provide clients with superior results.

The digital specialist and marketing consultant focuses on supporting all aspects of advertising revenue derived from retargeting, geo-fencing, OTT/CTV, social media as well as advertising on our own property websites, other interactive, mobile and emerging digital media properties. This position supports account executives and sales managers by monitoring pricing, inventory, third-party revenue platforms and marketing collateral development.

Candidates must possess extensive knowledge of and be able to communicate the benefits of station websites, apps and emerging digital media properties related to Lilly Broadcasting, as well as the many third-party platforms available, to customers.

Three or more years of experience in digital advertising is preferred. Compensation is based on experience and includes a generous bonus structure as well.
