A man was killed in a crash with a commercial vehicle in Sheffield Township, Warren County, on Thursday, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
It happened on Route 948 south of Henrys Mill Rd. around 6:54 a.m.
Charles Honeywell, 52, of Hunlock Creek, was heading north on Route 948 in a Chevrolet Silverado when he failed to follow the curve in the roadway and traveled into the oncoming lane, troopers said.
Honeywell's vehicle hit an International commercial vehicle that was going south at the time head-on, State Police said. The driver of the commercial vehicle - a 60-year-old Clarendon man - tried to avoid the collision but was unable to do so, according to investigators.
Honeywell was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver suffered minor injuries and received treatment at the scene.
State Police said Honeywell was not using any safety equipment including a seat belt.
