143 Day in Pennsylvania will be on May 23. 143 Day or I Love You Day is a day dedicated to kindness and neighborly deeds. 

143 Day is inspired by Fred Rogers, America's most beloved neighbor. Rogers regularly used 143 as his special code for "I Love You" based on the number of letters in each word. 

Pennsylvania residents are being encouraged to share the acts of kindness and good deeds they do for each other and themselves by using #143DayinPA.
