A woman charged in the 2007 death of two children, is heading back to prison.

26-year-old Brittany Steward was the babysitter in a case in 2007, where two children drowned in a backyard pond near Waterford.
Prosecutors say a sleepless and hung over Steward left the children alone for at least an hour.

She served time in county prison, and was on probation when she repeatedly stole from her employer, a local retail store.

So on Monday, a judge sentenced her to 9 to 18 months in prison for the theft.
He also re-sentenced her to 1 to 5 years in state prison for the drowning deaths.
