Three men in their 20's are facing charges for an attempted armed home invasion in Erie, early Tuesday morning.

Police say 22-year old Vante Husband was one of the men that barged into a home along east 23rd street, just after midnight.

He, along with 21-year old Gregory Garmon were allegedly wearing masks, when they tried to get into the home with guns.

Police caught the pair, along with 20-year old Taron Johnson, after a foot chase.

Police say they were all found hiding under cars, with guns nearby.

They all face a number of charges.

Police also recovered two handguns, one of which had been reported stolen from a gun shop in Fairview.
