Ingredients


    2 Strips Turkey Bacon

    2 Egg Whites

    English Muffin

    Sliced Low Fat Cheese

    (Optional) Red Onion, Chopped

    (Optional) Parsley, Chopped


Method

Step 1


Add two strips of turkey bacon to a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2


Cook for two to three minutes per side or until crispy, then remove pan and cover to keep warm.

Step 3


Heat up a new non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, making sure that it's surface temperature reaches 375 degrees.

Step 4


Add two egg whites to either metal or silicone egg rings, and then about a tablespoon of water.

Step 5


Place a lid on skillet and cook for two to three minutes, or until the eggs are cooked all the way through.

Step 6


Grab two buns and slice them in half. Put them in one slot, back to back, and let them toast.

Step 7


Bottom half of the bun on a plate. Top with low fat cheese, the egg and the bacon.

Step 8


Optionally, add a little red onion some parsley.
