Fit Tips: Zesty Crisp Peas Recipe

    2 Tbsp Egg Whites
    1 Tsp Paprika
    ¼ Tsp salt
    ¼ Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
    ? Tsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp Whole Grain Oat Flour
    1 Can Chick Peas, drained and patted dry
    Non-Stick Sprays

Step 1

Pre-heat your oven to 375
Step 2

In a bowl, add egg whites.
Step 3

Add paprika, salt and fresh ground pepper.
Step 4

Add garlic powder and chipotle powder.
Step 5

Whisk in whole grain oat flour. And if you don't have any, It's super easy to make! Otherwise, just jump to step 7.
Step 6

Raw stone ground oats into the food processor for about 30 seconds.
Step 7

Toss together with chick peas and coat evenly.
Step 8

Spray cooking oil on cooking sheet and add chick peas to sheet.
Step 9

Bake for 15 minutes, give them a turn and then back in for another 18 to 20 minutes, or until they are crispy and done.
