Former Crawford County Official Sentenced in Rape Case

A former constable in Crawford County accused of raping a hired escort on 3 separate occasions, will spend up to one year in jail.
A judge sentenced Stephen Chamberlain, Monday, at the Erie County courthouse to 90 days to 1 year in prison. Following the jail time, he'll be on probation for two years.
Chamberlain is convicted of 3 counts of patronizing prostitutes. He faced a total of 17 charges filed by the Millcreek Police Department.
He was also accused of impersonating a prostitution detective during encounters.
