Fit Tips: No Bake Freedom Cheesecake

Ingredients
8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
8 oz. Fat Free Whipped Topping
8 oz. Fat Free Sour Cream
Zest from Lemon
1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup No-Calorie Sweetener
Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust
(Optional) Strawberries
(Optional) Blueberries
(Optional) Raspberries
Method
Step 1
In a bowl or food processor, mix together cream cheese, whipped topping, and sour cream.
Step 2
Add lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
Step 3
Add mixture to the graham cracker crust.
Step 4
Coat with additional layer of whipped topping.
Step 5
Place in fridge. Let cool down and harden for at least three hours.
Step 6
Arrange a cup of strawberries and blueberries in the form of the Stars and Stripes.
