More Jail Time for Local Home Improvement Contractor
A local home improvement contractor already serving time behind bars is now facing more jail time for home improvement fraud.
Forty-one year old Darryl Baideme is currently serving a three year sentence.
Today he was sentenced to an additional 22-44 months after pleading guilty in several more cases.
Police say he would take down payments for contracting jobs and never finish the work or never return at all.
Erie County Judge John Garhart also sentenced Baideme to 10 years probation after he gets out of jail.
And the judge said he cannot work as a self employed contractor, and must surrender his license.
