A woman is dead, and a man suffered serious injuries following an ATV crash in Warren County on Saturday, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

It happened on Youngsville Rd. east of Campbell Hill Rd. in Triumph Township around 11:44 p.m.

A Kawasaki ATV was heading eastbound on Youngsville Rd. when the driver - identified as a 29-year-old Sandusky, Ohio, man - lost control of the ATV which began to slide on the dirt roadway and overturned, investigators said.

The ATV overturned several times, ejecting both the driver and passenger, according to troopers.

The driver was flown to UPMC Hamot for treatment of serious injuries, state police said.

The passenger - identified as Brenna Pravlik, 29, of Sandusky, Ohio - was pronounced dead at the scene, according to investigators.

Neither was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, and troopers indicated driving under the influence played a role in the crash.

A GoFundMe has since been set up in memory of the victim.
