Former Erie Man Sentenced to 6 Years in Federal Prison for Drugs and Guns
A former Erie, Pennsylvania man is heading to federal prison for six years.
Djimon Dapree Johnson, 27, was sentenced on July 24, 2025, for drug and firearms offenses.
Prosecutors say Johnson was caught in October 2021 with more than 380 grams of fentanyl, two stolen guns, and a 50-round drum magazine.
As a convicted felon, he was not legally allowed to possess firearms or ammunition.
His sentence also includes four years of supervised release and will begin after he finishes serving time for a previous parole violation.
