Residents of Spring Creek Mobile Home Park, owned by Parkstone Communities based in Virginia, have raised ongoing concerns about living conditions in the community.

Many say they’ve been without essential utilities, including water, gas, and electricity, for extended periods. Former maintenance worker Joseph Yehl, who helped install some of the meters, expressed concerns about electrical safety, adding "Copper wiring with aluminum wiring to copper connection. It's a no go in the electric community and causes a meltdown that will cause a fire."

Longtime resident Laurie Arce reported that the water in her home has a strong odor, comparing it to that of a sewer.

In response to these issues, some residents have taken legal action against the company and reached out to the Attorney General’s office.

When we visited the on-site office during a recent owner visit, the office door was locked and the blinds were drawn, with no comment provided.
