A more than 70-year-old business with several locations across the nation now has a presence in Erie County.

The grand opening for the Nelson-Jameson distribution center in Fairview was held Wednesday.

The fully remodeled 45 thousand square foot facility will continue the company's work in the food processing industry.

This location could help boost local employment by adding 20 new jobs.

This distribution center was built in 2004 and sits on more than eight acres.

There's also an adjacent 20 acres, which is reserved for future expansion.
