The Jefferson Education Society is a hosting a conversation with Former President Barack Obama. This event kicks off their Global Summit which is a yearlong celebration. This is the organization's 17th annual event that features a lineup of groundbreaking researchers, writers and presenters. There is no photography or videography during the event. Any parking garages in the downtown area and on street parking is available on a first come first served basis. There are two shuttle locations are available in partnership with EMTA.

Gus Pine is a leader from Erie Events he says "Definitely arrive early. Doors open at four, but they stop entry at 7 o'clock. President Obama supposed to go on stage at 7. They will stop entry at 7, so it's really important that we get everybody here early so that we can make sure that everybody gets in for the event. I would also say, once going through security make sure everybody has their tickets available and ready for scan to improve the speed of the process."
