Kevin Lundeen will enter plea
Kevin Lundeen is expected to enter a guilty plea in Warren County, where he was accused of theft, fraud and forgery while working in the Warren-Forest County Department of Human Services.
When 12News/SEE News broke the story last summer, Lundeen had to resign from his new job as Erie County OCY Director. Police in the Warren area charged him with felony and misdemeanor counts for taking control of two department cars, and gas cards for personal use.
Lundeen was also charged with forging other worker's signatures on travel logs. The crimes allegedly took place from 2005 to 2014 when Lundeen was in charge of the fleet of vehicles.
We also learned that Lundeen has already made nearly 66-thousand-dollars in restitution, by forfeiting his Warren County pension.
