A replica of a Norwegian viking ship makes it's way to Erie. The four-year-old ship is made to look like a vessel from the 1890's. It docked behind the Maritime Museum, Tuesday morning, with plans to leave at Midnight. There's 28 crew members on board from a number of different countries.

So far, the ship has traveled through Iceland, Toronto and Greenland, after leaving in April from Norway. The ships engineer, Kristan Velle says, "If its a short stop like this, we only try to get a bit of fuel and pumping out of our tanks."

On lookers were not able to go aboard the ship today as it re-fueled. The ship is headed to New York. It will eventually make its way back to Norway. ##
