Group Mission Trips is back in town for their annual summer remodeling work in the Erie area. This year, they have about 400 participants from 20 different youth groups. The groups arrived around noon Sunday.

They come from all over the country and range in age from 13 to over 60. As they remodel area homes this week, they'll be sleeping on the floors of Iroquois High School.

Volunteers will be painting interiors and exteriors of homes, building and repairing porches, and other remodeling work. The remodeling is free for residents of the homes they work on.
