Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook Tuesday completed the autopsy on the body found floating along Erie's bayfront.
The victim has been identified as Richard Miller, 35, of Karthaus, Pennsylvania, according to Cook. It is not known why Miller was in Erie.
Miller was likely in the water for a few days being being found, Cook said. A member of the Presque Isle Yacht Club made the discovery Friday morning.
The cause of death has been ruled as accidental due to drowning. There were no signs of foul play.
Fingerprints were used to positively identify Miller.
