Man Pleads Guilty to Armed Verizon Store Robbery
One of the several men involved in an Erie County armed robbery that ended into a crash, pleaded guilty, Tuesday, in court.
It was to a charge of first degree robbery with deadly weapon.
Marquel McCutchen will now be sentenced in February.
Police say he and two others were part of an armed robbery at the Verizon store on Peach street in Millcreek.
They learned the suspects left in a vehicle, later spotted on Interstate 90.
State Police attempted to stop the vehicle, but police said it continued into Girard Borough, where it crashed on Route 20. The men were found nearby and arrested.
