A former Erie man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for the sexual exploitation of children.

Joshua D. Loucks, 35, was named in the 12-count indictment.

Loucks took sexually explicit photos and produced videos of a victim under the ages of 18, according to the indictment.

He also reportedly received computer images that show minors engaging in sex acts.

The law calls for a maximum total sentence of 361 years in prison, a fine of $3,000,000, or both.
