The missing, endangered man who walked away from his assisted living facility in Harborcreek Township Sunday has been found dead, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

A volunteer and volunteer fireman who were assisting with the search discovered Timothy J. Connolly, 49, deceased along Six Mile Creek around 4:30 p.m. Monday. No foul play is suspected, State Police said.

He was last seen by staff around 6:20 a.m. Sunday and was noticed missing from the facility around 8 a.m, troopers said.

He reportedly left the facility located at 3662 Dogleg Trail on foot after climbing through his bedroom window, according to State Police.

Several fire departments and search and rescue dogs spent Sunday conducting an extensive search until dark. The search resumed Monday morning.

Connolly suffered from Parkinson’s disease, in addition to other medical issues, and haddifficulty walking on his own, especially if he has missed his dosage of medication, according to troopers.
