Erie Arts & Culture continued its Placemaking Speaker Series Monday night, with author, Barbara Goldstein.

Goldstein wrote a book called Public Art By The Book.

At the Erie Art Museum, Goldstein spoke to the value of public art, and discussed ways that sustainable public art programs can be built, along with the outcome which can be achieved by such programs.

According to Erie Arts & Culture Executive Director, Patrick Fisher..... for more than 30 years, Goldstein has lent her expertise to cities across the nation that are interested in creating and sustaining public spaces, which engage communities through arts and cultural activities..... promoting healthy flourishing, and equitable communities.
