Erie Man Indicted for Violating Federal Firearms Laws
A grand jury has indicted an Erie man on a single count for violating federal firearms laws.
Charles L. McIntosh, 25, possessed two guns in April 2019 while being a convicted felon, according to the indictment.
He faces up to 10 years in prison, a maximum fine of $250,000 or both, if convicted.
An investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Erie Police Department led to the indictment.
